Creativity and Meditations

On Pause from Writing
(but not from Creativity & Meditation)

Time Juggling: the INNER NINJA

»I’m so overwhelmed«
»I never seem to have enough time«.

When we find ourselves in this mental state, it’s easy to shift blame.
Or even feel like a victim.

The truth is, we usually fail at the level of our prioritization.

Not everything needs immediate attention.
Even if it feels urgent.

By embracing additional practices, we learn daily.
We cultivate patience and highlight our progress.

To be a better creative, one first needs to learn to clear their mind
(so that creative ideas can actually be spotted).

To be more productive, one first needs to learn how to focus
(so that distractions can’t derail us from the task at hand).

. . .

How we use our time determines our growth.

You should sit in meditation for twenty minutes every day
- unless you're too busy; then you should sit for an hour.
