Creativity and Meditations

On Pause from Writing
(but not from Creativity & Meditation)

Disconnect to Connect.

If we’d try to stand only on one leg we’d loose balance. Eventually, we would fall.

Similarly, we loose balance when we put too much energy into the wrong aspects of life:
we feel restless, anxious, tired – we feel uneasy. And start to fall. Albeit more slowly.

But today, it’s all about “the chase”.
The fear of getting left behind beckons us to become thirsty for trivial distractions.

Maybe even while standing on one leg.

Chasing contracts our minds and prevents us from moving forward.

Practicing ways to disconnect from the chase (without distractions) re-connects us with our sense of ease.

Ease expands the mind. It fuels. And enables inspiration.

Inspiration moves us forward.
And helps us see less trivial paths
(instead of chasing after them).
