Leadership isn’t defined by a single role, it’s the sum of past experiences. As a Director, a Creative & Art Director, and a Creative, each role has shaped my ability to guide teams, drive creative direction, and shape impactful work.

Lalaland was a design-driven animation studio that I founded back in the day; it was a creative playground where I honed my leadership, strategic thinking, and team-building skills. Though its journey came to a close, it laid the groundwork for the leadership mindset I continue to evolve and refine today.
